I weighed myself on Friday and I was 252.5 lbs. I decided that I’m going to go back to workouts 4-5 times/week, as well as a weekly food related challenge.
This week? Give up ice cream. I love ice cream and it contributes to a large amount of my calorie intake for the day, so I will say no to ice cream.
I have a goal of 3-4 lbs. weight loss to bring me back to the 240’s. I worked so hard to get there and I want to get back!
