Three men affected my weight loss efforts for the bad…

Thanks to these men, my flex points are gone. It all started with a hurricane named Gustav…see, he threatened my city of New Orleans with his presence (still threatening by the way)..and well, this is 3 years past Katrina. We don’t need this, so I turned to Ben & Jerry …thanks to these men, I felt better for about 30 minutes and ate 30 points worth of ice cream.
Ahh…such is life..TURN AWAY GUSTAV!
As much as I probably shouldn’t say this… sometimes we need a little Ben and Jerry in our lives. Just not every day!
So are you ok?? We have a lot of people from NOLA here in Birmingham still =(.
Gustav (and auntie flo) had me eating everything in the sight of God so I totally understand.
